ITT: People complaining about the ''meme slogan'' of Xbox ''best lineup in Xbox history'' while ignoring even more memetastic slogan ''#4theplayers''....

I've seen lots of complaints that they showed 2015 games, but that was kind of the point.... The trailer is called ''Just the beginning''...

Well this thread is about the xbox one slogan (ad) why should we talk about 4theplayers? That makes no sense.

Nice add even though I only really look forward to Quantum Break. They should have teased the Porsche expansion pack for Forza 6 since they already released info for it anyway.

Cause some people were talking about PS4. I could have replied directly to them but decided to make a general comment

why do they show last year games like rarereplay and then 2017 games like scalebound?

They show it for those who are interested in buying the system, and what games they can get when they do. There is a lot of hype around scalebound so they threw it in there for good measure. You never know, there might be a beta for scalebound this year.

Sunset Overdrive, Ori and Forza Horizon 2 should always be part of these montages. These games are part of what's best available on Xbox.

I was really only mentioning games shown for longer than a second, but even with all those other games added I still find my argument still holds true.

My answer was just factual, there was nothing against your post (except the wrong numbers :P  that's all). I let to each their interpretation.

Honestly, I didn't even see every game they showed except rare replay, dark souls 3, and plants vs zombies 2. It went by too fast for me to catch it all lol.

I'm not gonna argue everything, but these...

Have you played a Crackdown game? The cloud is just used in multiplayer, its gonna have a campaign that doesn't use cloud like previous games in the series.

The Gears of War 4 trailer looked great to me and it was impressive to see the progress they made. I'm sure the game will have lots of wacky shit like previous games. Do you remember the first demos of Uncharted 4? That looked worse, but that game looks impressive now.

Yeah i have played Crackdown 1, it was a long time ago but i loved it. I also love the Gears Franchise (except Judgement), but what im saying is that for games that will supposedly be releasing this year, we have seen so little and that is worrying imo.

My point was that the Xbox One 2016 Line-Up is very flimsy release date wise, i hope im wrong tho.

MS has a tendency to hold back footage until the release is near.

In the holiday of 2014, very little was known about Halo 5 and the beta was unpolished. I could be wrong, but I think the first campaign footage we saw was just a few months before release.

So basically a bunch of third party games (with better versions available on the competing console), some exclusives announced years ago with no release dates in sight, and almost no actual gameplay.

I can't believe MS expects this to sale, I know its marketing but you actual substance to back it up.

I have an Xbox one but I haven't actually plugged it in in months. I'm still wanting for Quantum Break and all the other "AAAA" exclusives MS claimed were in development years ago.

well they are just doing what Sony has championed for almost 2 decades now... That's what happens when you banter someone on how they do marketing wrong and should do like the competition.... They use to talk only about the right here right now... But it wasn't good enough... So don't complain now, people get what they ask for...

and better on other platform... Yeah sure if you look at graphics only and I'd argue more than 50% don't have the equipment to pretend to attain it and a lot of the rest never calibrate it right.... I haven't seen often a console gamer set his shit right unless he is a home theatre enthusiast...

that being said if gameplay is variable there is nothing better gamepad wise than an Xbox gamepad... I'd rather play 1 our with that pad than 10 with a dual shock... That pad is an insult to human anatomy...
