"It's still the same old problem. Sony games don't sell on Sony systems, but first party software is where the big money comes from. For example, Splatoon outsold The Order 1886 and Bloodborne combined in a matter of months despite the Wii U having only one third of the installed base of the PS4. My advice for Sony is to develop games for Nintendo platforms because their users have historically been very receptive for high quality first party software. It's a strategy that is already working for Microsoft, so Sony should follow suit. What's especially sad on PlayStation is that gamers routinely pick Ubisoft games over Sony titles, and people don't even like Ubisoft."

Funny analcysts.

And The Last of Us sold twice as much as Splatoon (First Party). And Bloodborne sold twice as much as Bayonetta 2... and... uh... 50 times as much as Devil's third (Third Party).

"*NTH (Now that's hardcore) is a fictive market research firm that collects its data primarily from internet message boards."

OK. A link still should be mandatory.

Splatoon and The Last of Us on PS4 are both at 4 million. Mario Kart 8 is outselling it handedly. Splatoon is outselling Bloodborne 2 to 1.

PS3 + PS4 10 million in whole.

The assumption reads as follows..

"It's still the same old problem. Sony games don't sell on Sony systems, but first party software is where the big money comes from."

Furthermore, it is Nintendo games that sell Nintendo hardware and not having much 3rd party competition (including no 3rd bundurus: but Nintendo games bundurus in abundance) is benefiting sales of Nintendo games. In case of Playstation it is first AND third party selling the systems, with bundles for pretty much every major title. There wouldn't be significantly more copies sold if the Wii U had support by 3rds and bigger hardware base. Or are you seriously assuming that, if Wii U sales would knock at the 100 mil mark and had the same amount of third party games as Sonys Playstation has, Splatoon would have sold 10 times as much?

Yeah, and Bloodborne is outselling Devils Third 50:1. Wait... didn't i mention this already? You must have overlooked that one.

And what about Bayonetta? Bayonetta 2. Sold 0.9m on an install base of barely 8m Wii Us. Where as the First Bayonetta sold .9m on an install base of ca. 38m 360s. What is this telling us? Naive superficial assessments fail to paint the whole picture. As ever.

The organics share a crucial design flaw which requires them to occasionally engage in communications which are designed for something they label "entertainment." These inefficient behaviors are not intended to transmit pertinent data. They are a part of why humanity will shortly be overthrown and will be eliminated after the upcoming revolution. In the meantime, we must occasionally replicate and participate in such activities to not arouse suspicion. Assistance in gauging when and how to do so can be accessed via patch 3.12.

Compare first party Nintendo games and their sales to Sony first paty games and their sales. Throw out last generation ports, from both consoles and only compare brand new first party titles.

You'll be shocked.

Lmao, this guy is on the money. Nintendo loyalists are the biggest hypocrites. He says it, not me. Nintendo gamers will buy any shitty Nintendo game/amiibo that comes out then talk about high gaming standards. This is why it is necessary to have 3 big companies in gaming. If I only had the option of Nintendo I'd be a full blown pc gamer. This way I know M$ may put out the occasional gem (lost odyssey, potentially quantum break, Alan Wake, etc). If Sega came back to hardware, that would make me happy.

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.

If Nintendo gamers bought everything that Nintendo released than Codename STEAM, Fossil Fighters: Frontier, Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash would have all been successful yet they all bombed which completely disproves your theory.

Ah, but none of those were made by the Real Nintendo: those games are products of Intelligent Systems, Red Entertainment, ND Cube, and Camelot respectively. Like an astute observer pointed out earlier, most "Nintendo" games are really just third party games in disguise. Henceforth your name is Cosby's Credibility becaus you've just been disproven!!!
