Not a big deal eitherway but I'd prefer matte for better grip and more consistently clean look.

Glossy looks nice but looks dirty easily and Matte doesn't look as nice, but is harder to see the dirt :p

Matte for sure. Glossy gets dirty easily and scratches are noticeable.

I would love a new console with a super glossy finish, Nintendo if you´re reading this, please! There´s nothing better than having your console/controller covered with fingerprints and dirt just as you take it out of its case. We need more of that in our lives.

Now, seriously, I can´t understand why they chose to do it, I agree that it looks good, but so what? They can still make beautiful covers with matte finish, something like the New 3ds covers, which are awesome.

Matte finish is the best in my opinion.

Matte please! Glossy may be prettier but it makes me afraid of actually touching the device.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
