How to cook a fried egg:

1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

1) Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium heat.
2) Crack the egg directly into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
3) Continue cooking the egg over medium heat for about three minutes, or until the white is set and slightly crispy around the edges, but the yolk is still quite runny

Thats as far as my cooking skills go :P

Cap'n, you have no recipes that are perverted or sexual in some way? I'm disappointed!

Well... Eggs can look like boobs if u try hard enough yar

I suppose v.v I dare you to try to find some weird recipe online and post it here!

I make good scrambled eggs. Just ask the weirdos in Skype chat

The secret is low heat, mixing eggs with a fork, and continuing to stir like a risotto.

I'm waaaaaaay into cooking, dude. I'll need to write some of the good stuff down.

What're some of the recipes you might be able to contribute?

Off the top of my head I make the best fried rice and awesome guac, though I'll have to get back to you on that and other stuff.

Spaguetti Carbonara

Quick version (Because I'm lazy to write it properly!)

What you need:

· Spaguetti (duh).
· Liquid cream or butterfat. I am not good at giving an estimation, but enough to cover most (if not all) espaguetti on the cauldron.
· Salt. Tons of it.
· Onions.
· Bacon. I prefer it in strips, easier to cut.
· Nutmeg.
· A bit of olive oil.

What you have to do:

- Put water on a cauldron.
- Put salt on the water when it's starting to boil, move it around with a spoon.
- Put spaguetti on the cauldron.
- Wait some minutes.
- Take a different cauldron.
- Put a very, very light coat of oil.
- Let this cauldron burn.
- Cut onions, drop 'em inside the burning cauldron with the coat of oil.
- Move them with a spoon (for the love of everything do not let them toast).
- Take out the bacon.
- Put some nutmeg on top of the strips.
- Put bacon inside the burning cauldron.
- Take spaguetti out, remove water, put it again on the cauldron.
- Drop a bit of oil on top of the spaguetti. (You can add some nutmeg here if you want, or if you weren't able to put it on the bacon earlier)
- Remove the strips of bacon and the cut onions when they're ready, drop 'em on the spaguetti, start removing it and add some fire below so that food remains hot.
- Drop the liquid cream on top of the spaguetti. Give it enough fire so that it starts boiling a bit.
- Turn everything off.
- Remove cauldron from fire.
- Serve and eat!

Tagging this thread, I may have something up my sleeve. ;)

Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 toaster
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 girlfriend

Method:
-Ask girlfriend to put bread in toaster. Get slapped. Give up and walk to McDonalds

Just messing with you. I actually enjoy cooking every now and then too! I have a few secret family recipes that I will not be sharing but maybe I'll post a few of my College food hacks

#1 Amb-ass-ador

I don't know how reliable allrecipes is because I've never used it, but I thought of sharing a bit of my local cuisine!

Brazilian Cheese Bread (AKA ''Pão de Queijo'')

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil or butter

- 1/3 cup water

- 1/3 cup milk or soy milk

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups tapioca flour

- 2 teaspoons minced garlic

- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 beaten eggs

Directions

1 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 - Pour olive oil, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan, and place over high heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

3 - Stir the cheese and egg into the tapioca mixture until well combined, the mixture will be chunky like cottage cheese. Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet.

4 - Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
