I think it will. If Hyrule Warriors can sell 1mil+, im sure this one will do to!
Pocky Lover Boy!
I think it has a very good chance.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Honestly, I doubt it. So far WWHD in 2-1/2 years has sold roughly the same amount of units that TP on the GC did (1.6 mil) when the GC was practically dead by the time it finally came out, so TPHD would have to sell at least that much in roughly a year, because as soon as the NX is released the plug will officially be pulled on the Wii U as well.
Also, like another post mentioned earlier, I think the better comparison will be to see how much Zelda U sells on Wii U compared to TP on the GC if Zelda U is indeed also released on the NX.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
Yes, I think 1,6-2m LT this game has more fans than windwaker so it should sell more, also there are more wii u's sold since the ww hd was released so that should help as well.
I'm with the others, what's more interesting is to guess how much Zelda wii u will sell, with a more than expected NX version of the game.
Well if 500k is truthful in USA this could be launching 600k in that region and 900k WW first week.
I can see this game passing GC in 6 weeks
Switch!!!
Yes WW is not really in store anymore and imo Wii U picked last year as Image and ads (Splatoon and Maker) this game will do over 2mil life time.
If TP was release instead of WW the sales would have been exactly the same as W 1.6 mil .
Switch!!!
