Eh... I think this is a rather dumb easy question, since Twilight Princess HD is one of the most anticipated games for Wii U this year. Anyway, I want to see what do you guys think about it. How it will perform, etc.

Just to remember: According to VG Chartz, Twilght Princess sold 1.59 Million worldwide on Game Cube.

If you look at VGC's preorder numbers, you'll find that we're already close to a third of the GameCube version's sales in the US alone. And the game's not out yet. It comes out in more than a month, so there's still time to bulid it up.

Tough to say. But even though Gamecube was the platform it was created for, it was not the platform is released on first and ultimately, not the platform it is remembered for. So, it's more accurate to judge it against the Wii version.

I'm pretty positive it will outsell the GC version. I predict 2 million+ LT for this game.

Actually, the GCN comparison is probably more viable. As in, the Wii version is a juggernaut seller on a juggernaut system. Meanwhile, the GCN and the Wii U are both on underachieving systems, so it's more even and reasonable in that regard alone. The situation with Wii U draws more parallels with GameCube, if either.

Yes but the Gamecube was pushed into a corner and buried by the Wii. It had to compete with another version of the same game. This remake doesn't have to compete with the NX.

Interesting question ion to go along with this is; how much will Zelda U sell if its simultaneously released on NX (assuming it's not cross buy).
