It has become a pathetic mess. My god, who ever thought this would happen?

I've finally given up on the refugee crisis. The fact that a few of them decided to ruin it for the rest is just disappointing...

So... I was wondering what you guys thought about the current situation. I'm honestly fine with anything related to the refugee crisis.

Any xenophobic, hateful, or ignorant comments against refugees(and anyone else) will be reported. If your low IQ makes it difficult for you to not insult others, please find a different thread. Thanks :D

The refugee crisis is BS. Thank god Sweden and Germany are deporting most of these people. People who're desperate and need to actually be saved should be the only ones left. Adult men of fighting age shoould be fighting for their country, not making other die for it...

So you think people should be willing to die in conflicts, where the most prominent sides have power as their objective, and the ones that care for the people aren't doing too well, in addition to being divided and potentially having less honorable objectives? Or they could leave their homes for more peaceful countries with a chance for a decent life. I don't think you can tell anyone but more radical people to fight in that situation. It's hopeless.

That said, some of those refugees are assholes and should be thrown back where they came from. But the majority is OK as people. Taking them in is a challenge though, and needs solving. Personally I don't find throwing (almost) everyone back to war a humane solution though.

waa? Adult males with what? a couple guns between them, against an enemy that has massive supplies of amunition as well as tanks, and whos combatants are willing to execute their own mothers?

This is also during a time in which some American politicians are dumbedfoundedly trying to justify carpet bombing!

With that being said, in the interest of mutual safety, I do feel that women and children should be prioritised and that there should be less tolerance for law-breakers. Heck, why not accept men as long as they commit to a couple thousand hours of community service?

This may sound cruel, but "ok" isn't enough. These people aren't integrating, and are causing a mess! They don't want to contribute! They want to come and lay back on their feet and get spoon-fed! If these were refugee's, they'd be begging for scrap's of food, and would be looking to contribute to the country that helped them! Instead, they complain about everything, and don't appreciate the fact that these countries took them in!

How do you know that that's the case? As far as I know there aren't many refugees in Canada.

Rape, gang-rape, molestation and general gang-related violence is on the news every day. A single instance of these crimes used to shock our population, nowadays weather reports can gain more attention. Public baths located close to high concentrations of immigrants are forced to separate male and female visitors because girls around 15 years of age get stared at and touched by groups of strangers.

There are ways to treat actual refugess appropriately and then there is Sweden's way of letting in anyone who is able to afford smuggling themselves in to the country and passively encouraging people to throw their ID's away before entering the country.

Though in recent times there's been a slow change in our feminist government, now requiring ID's and planning to deport 80,000 of the refugees situated here, which is what barneystinson69 is referring to. If your post is a response to his post, I suppose you do have a point.

You know, West started it when killed Gaddafi. Maybe he was a dictator. But he was an important stabilizing factor for the region. So now you are eating the results of what you've done. Pathetic.
