As for the first part of your post: In that case everything is fine in my eyes! I respect your opinion and I see where you are coming from. What I don't like is when people say *Apple* makes phones that are too thin. Complaining about phones being too thin in general is perfectly fine. 

No need for a screenshot (I don't think Iphone have worse battery life than other manufacturers) I just found it strange to have the battery being ok for up to 4 days (I know my phone say standby it can work for almost a month), because the only time my phone get close to this is when I absolutely don't touch it and perhaps even cut wi-fi and data so whatsapp and facebook don't drain it.

I'm not to fond of Apple but just because for me they charge to much for what I need. But I couldn't care less if they made the phone 1mm thin because if their market want it then it's their business. My 5S was just a little too thin (like 2mm more would be very good), but it wasn't too wide so it fitted very well in my hand, but the ArcS from Sony Xperia were perfect and it was almost twice as thick as 5S (but I think battery life was worse).

I would preffer that Apple keep the 3.5mm jack even if they manage to make it thinner. Or perhaps shrink the connector and if people want wire they use adaptors or we will also see smaller jacks from manufacturers, but getting a port out isn't good on my opinion. But I agree that the market that buy iPhone and the others that follow the trend will copy as soon as it's show it sold well and customer didn't bother much.

I'm a light iPhone user, and like UncleScrooge, i get 2-3 days out of my iPhone. I mainly use it to check the weather and to send iMessages. Almost everybody that i work with and know outside of work, has an iPhone, so it makes sense for me to own one, with the free iMessages.

you would have to be a extremely light user for it to last that long. My sister started turning her phone off while at work in meetings or when she was unable to take a call otherwise her 6+ wasn't making it to the end of her working day and her phone is a key part of her work. She now carries an extra lithium power pack around which makes her regularly stream expletives at apple for making a piece of junk. By saving a few mm they have sacrifised a lot of usability, this isn't just an apple problem either.

Not sure what you guys do with your phones :P My 6 Plus usually reports 10 hours of usage and 80-100 hours of standby when I plug it in (yeah, I'm a data whore. I look it up every single time). Can't comment on using the phone at work, maybe the apps she uses drain the battery quickly?

It's also not that hard to get big batteries in these phablets, if they are thin... the other 2 dimensions can make up for it.

It's a lot harder to find a powerful small phone (<5'') with great battery life. Besides Sony's Z-compact series, nothing comes to mind. 

third option was given and he said he is very light user. nowhere I said iphone battery life is lower than average, just that no smartphone I know withstanded more than 12h of very heavy use. even my ipad can't handle it. i think only nokia e63 i was able to use for more than 2 days heavily

Apple products are too overpriced in my opinion. Plus I enjoy the customizabilty of open-source OS(android and Linux.)

I hate very thin hand devices too, and I always choose phones that have quickly replaceable batteries, and since phones started having standard connectors I have totally ruled out those with proprietary ones only.
