Not official unless Microsoft or remedy say it is.

Remasters only offer new visuals btw.

See you're not the only one that can shoot down and argument no one made.

You were so quick to dismiss before seeing the source, no one said it's official but it's a pretty good basis for a rumor as it seems credible.

Same site listed halo 3

Halo 4

Gears 3

Forza 4 as well.

Around the Network

When it comes to PC, great. The more people who can play their games, the better. I mean, it's the exact same situation as SFV and Chartz still talks about that game as if it's a huge feather in Sony's cap and a big PS4 exclusive, surely the same logic will prevail here, no?

Microsoft published Alan Wake. The game ended up on PC and this saved Remedy from bankruptcy.

Steam saved Remedy from bankruptcy: https://youtu.be/Ms7sAv_DnMc?t=1m20s

Microsoft also published Ryse: Son of Rome. And this almost sent Crytek to bankruptcy.

Amazon saved them: http://gamerant.com/amazon-crytek-bankrupt/

Rise of the Tomb Raider was also published by Microsoft and did not perform as expected (sales wise) Lets hope Steam can save the franchise.

There is one company that couldn't escape going out of business after developing an XBox exclusive, that is Lucas Arts.

The commercial and critical letdown of Kinect Star Wars killed Lucas Arts.

Do we really need to keep wondering why all these new XBox games are going to PC? Really?

LOL or not.

Regarding Remedy, can you please link to the part in the YouTube video where he says Steam saved them from bankruptcy? I mean.. he talks about not being able to do a sequel right away. That doesn't mean they were going to go bankrupt. In fact he says they could have went ahead with a less ambitious sequel right away. Also, if Alan Wake was planned as an eventual MP title, wouldn't it kind of need time to sell to recoup that kind of investment? Lastly, Sam Lake is a pretty bright guy, if partnering with MS were such a bad deal and almost killed his studio, why would he return to MS for the Alan Wake sequel, and for Quantum Break?

As for Crytek, they were so mismanaged and spread out, to attribute their financial woes to partnering with MS is a pathetic reach. Also, do you feel sorry for them at all? They spent a lot of money on making engines that make games look good but the games themselves are rarely received well and have gameplay issues. Maybe that's why they were hemorraging money and couldn't find financial support for some of their projects?

I wasn't aware Squeenix had posted what they expected RotTR to sell, and how the Xbox sales looked compared to that. Do you have a link, or is this pulled from your bum?

You should probably read up on what happened with LucasArts, this is probably the most off base portion of your FUD, which is really saying a lot.

By the way, Sam Lake has said multiple times he wants Quantum Break to come to PC. It's going to happen at some point.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody. Apart from one crappy iOS title, Remedy has always released their games on PC.

Hopefully the PC version isn't too far off the Xbox One release.
