Infamous Second Son+ First Light is a great combo to start PS4 with. I hope we hear more from Sucker Punch soon.

Yeah, the visual disparity just isn't big enough for me. If a multiplat is significantly better on PS4 though (i.e. bad port job on X1), I will certainly consider getting that version. But it needs to be something more significant than 900p vs 1080p.
I also have a Vita and PS3. So I generally just go to the PSN Store on a PC and get everything.

Well I don't like Dark Souls, so I don't think Bloodborne is for me.
But maybe I'll grab it when its like $10 just to see what its about.

I don't have a lot to say exactly. But I'll answer everything you mentioned. I think user interface is okay. Kinda confusing at first finding your downloads, where my library is, etc. Sometimes I try to open the store or start a game and it just sits there doing nothing. I've had to close the game currently running to fix that. Watching video clips seems to load a lot, I don't think its my internet connection causing that. So some weird stuff but it works okay for the most part. The controller is great. It feels comfortable in my hands, I like how the buttons feel, and that touch pad thing is neat. However, the L2 and R2 buttons still feel weird as triggers. I'm playing some of the best graphical showcases on PS4 at the moment; Driveclub, Infamous: Second Son, and The Order: 1886. The attention to detail Sony puts in their games is impressive, but its not a far cry from stuff we see on X1. |
I can agree with you on most regards. Both have their flaws but combined, they both give me a satisfying experience.
Be sure to check out the flash sale on PSN right now. You might find some hidden gems for super cheap. I grabbed Outlast among a few others.

I played BO2 from release up until BO3 came out at which point I dropped money on buying a ps4. That's three years lol. BO3 adds way more polish and both the multiplayer and the zombie campaign just feels better to me. Perhaps I should give you the benefit of the doubt though and go back and take a shot

Have you played any of them while online and messed around with pvp? In my opinion, that's where alot of the fun for me is.
