Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Twilight princess HD actually looks a lot better

Looks good. And I'm not going to deny it, the original releases needed an upgrade urgently; well, they already had it if you played on Dolphin :P

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Definitely looks much better, espacily textures in town.

I'm on board. I'll most likely be preloading the digital version. It looks like they redid pretty much every texture in the game. I like it.

Looks good. Since I never finished the game on Wii (due to control issues), I will get this upgrade.

Yeah it looks cool, the town itself looks really great.

Looks quite good actually and never played this Zelda so looking forward to it got mine preordered.

Looks okay. Played the Wii version on WiiU this holiday season on a 55" LED TV and it played fine, some people might see it full of jaggies but to me those gave it charm.

Not going to double dip myself, although I can see someone who was a big fan or hasn't played the game could entice a purchase.

You say tomato, I say tomato

"¡Viva la Ñ!"

Looks better compared to what?

Wii/GC? Most certainly.

Compared to Dolphin with texture packs? Mixed bag, depends on area and subjective preference of particular textures.

Compared to remake those guys are working on in Ishiiruka Dolphin fork with custom improvements? One would expect Nintendo at least making it that good, but alas....

Can't see it

I'm a mobile peasant.

I can't understand how can people compare dolphin with this tp hd. What are the specs needed to play that game on dolphin? Aren't they far higher than a wii u? It's like comparing a beetle with a bmw. I think the game looks great, though I still hate the tree models in hyrule field, god they look awful even in hd xD
