That would be the N64 in my case. Still, the Gamecube ranks as a close contender.

(It basically boils down to Super Mario 64 vs. Sunshine because those were the first games I played on each console respectively. And that is a very tough decision for me personally... - 64 takes it cuz nostalgiaz.)

Hm tough decision between PS1 and PS2.

Nintendo 64 for the best games of all time IMO: Zelda Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64 and Goldeneye 007

While I have a lot of fond memories with the SNES, my fondest are of the PS1. Taking turns wiping out RPGs with a friend who is no longer with me will always persevere over other memories.

For me it's either the NES or PS1. The NES was my first console so it holds a special place with me, but my most important gaming moments happened on the PS1.

It's an unbreakable tie between NES and SNES. They tend to blend together as one glorious youthful period of my life where snow days and summer vacations meant renting the latest new gaming experience. I can't say Zelda 1 or FFIV was a more fond memory, but together the NES/SNES period is unmatched.

Tie between SNES and GC.

I had some many fond memories on the SNES, with games like Mario World, Megaman X, Mario RPG, Kirby Super Star, DKC2, Chrono Trigger, and so on. There are so many games I love for that system.

GC because of the countless hours I had on Smash with friends at home and at college. We even had a GC turned on 24-7 just incase people wanted a quick round or 2. We would play it every night and have the most intense of battles. It was awesome!

So I have to pick SNES and GC O:
