Well, PC support from the localization companies that bring over these games. A lot of these ports aren't done by the Japanese devs themselves.

Honestly, I find it very interesting that companies without real development teams are porting over these games for Western markets. It's a new trend in the past few years that really started with Record of Agarest War a few years.

Why would you find this strange? i find nothing strange with a company that wants to expend their IP to other platforms when the is clearly a pretty good strong market there for them.

I didn't say it was strange, I said it was interesting. They are teams of translators and marketers deciding they want to port over a game. That's not how things usually work. These ports aren't released in Japan.

At this point Ghostlight aren't even really a localization company anymore.  They're pretty much just a PC porting studio who ocassionally fund indie games.  It's interesting to see how they've completely shifted gear.  Rising Star Games too.
