Damn. That must suck a lot for those losing their jobs :-/

This is what happens when you want 15 bucks for a simple job.

This is also what happens when Walmart's owners are nothing but selfish assholes.

The owners deserve the profit loss. I despise Walmart, and never go there. My father hates it more, as he is a business owner, and hates big companies such as Walmart that mistreat their clients.

The workers don't deserve this though. Already hard enough dealing with the idiots who shop there

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Man, that sucks. I wonder if Amazon has anything to do with this.

Hmm I wonder why they did that. I can understand maybe them closing lowest earning store but if the loss of employees affect how much merchandise they have on shelves then it's asinine.

But...they don't make $15 an hour...

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Walmart has been declining for a while and looking for ways to stem the tide, including different business models. The Express and Neighborhood Market stores, which make up a lot of the closings, do not appear to be the answer to Walmart's problems.

The interesting thing is, a lot of other industries are doing pretty well but Americans seem to be wasting less on cheap junk they don't really need, which hits Walmart especially hard.

Though I feel bad for those losing their jobs, I really dislike Walmart. I worked there for a bit and it was a bad atmosphere, the worst I've ever been a part of. I'd love to see people take their business elsewhere.

Damn,, that too much. Hopefully those people find a new job soon. :c

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Most walmart employees are on food stamp anyway and they get more out of it then their slave wages at walmart. I hope the smart one use the experience they got at walmart to get a better paying job so they can get out of food stamp. Trump 2016 for a better Canada

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

This is probably a result of raising the wages. They all used that PR to try to come off like they're for the little guy but I knew right away it was just that... PR.
