It may be like this right now, but Trucks tested it once and I saw more than one person, me included, receiving the blue icon.
It's still a new feature, it needs polishing, but let Trucks know about it, I'm sure he'll work on it when he can.

I don't think I've been on this site long enough because I don't know who Trucks is. Hopefully this Trucks person sees this thread.

I wish they would add in a tag of some sort that had mod warnings in it instead of multiquote.

So if you're planning to have a discussion with someone, don't use multi-quote, just use regular quote.

To the people who run this site, please fix it so that a notification actually shows up on the buddy when making use of multi-quote.

 

Came here thinking it was a BraLord thread. I know how much he hates *whispers* multi-quotes.

Also can I take this opportunity to point out how annoying the alert system is when you've already responded to your notifications only to refresh your page or open in a new tab and the alert system still tells you that you have new notes but they are exactly the same ones you just responded to. This happens to me for almost any type of note and it's been getting on my nerves the past 2 months but I didn't want to make a thread about an issue until this one showed up.

Also for such a system to also tell us about comments made to yours on an article, at least tell us in proper order as to what comment came enxt along with a nice who upvoted/downvoted, DIsqus at least shows upvotes in their notifications, I don't see why we can't have the same.
