Oh yes, every time. They have to appeal to the masses after all. But the reason why they have to do that is because they are making decisions over our heads. When was the last time a public vote was held to decide wether or not to engage in war? I can't see such a vote ever succeding, no matter what propaganda they throw at us.
Thing is though, the world moves with the flow of cash, and war generates a lot of money. The sad truth is that if there was world peace tomorrow, no demands for anything military related, the economy would plummet.

It's the amount of people involved that gave it a spot in international news. It's true that these things happen frequently but not on this scale.

I was on a party on 18. dec in cologne. on the way back a friend and I were stopped by a group of 5 arab / black person who kindly asked for cigarettes. they smoked and talked with us about germany and how they live here for about 6 months. I can't remember where they come from, but it wasn't syria. after the talk they disappeared and we noticed that our phones were stolen(well I was really drunk, you don't need a talent for robbing me xD). we went straight to the police and they reported that it was about the 15. theft for this night. while waiting for my train I met 1 person and later 2 girls who were robbed also and who also complained about being groped.
and about the firework videos, I live in an area with about 80% immigrants nearby cologne for 22 years and never ever I saw someone launching a firework rocket in a mass of people.
looks like germany is trying to take on sweeden for the title of rape capital of the Western world.
The other serious crime here that is not being talked about is the liberal media and political elite suppressing this news story.
