- on the sales of Micro's Holiday line-up:

"Every title in our exclusive 2015 holiday games line-up – Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza Motorsport 6 and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition – sold over 1 million units, and the number of Xbox One gamers who played Microsoft Studios-published titles more than doubled compared to 2014."

- on the Xbone performance in comparison to the Xbox360:

"With the arrival of the New Xbox One Experience with Backward Compatibility and the most critically-acclaimed fall lineup of exclusives ever on Xbox*, you set new records for global engagement on Xbox Live this holiday. On Dec. 28 there were more gamers using Xbox Live than any other day in Xbox history, and the number of hours spent gaming on Xbox One and Xbox 360 during Christmas week 2015 were up compared to last year**. Thanks to you, Xbox One continues to outpace Xbox 360 at the same point in time in the Xbox 360 generation, making it the best-selling console in Xbox console history."

How good do you think the Xbone is performing recently?

That's great. I hope more and more games continue to soar sales wise.

Shipped or sold to consumers?

Probably shipped IMO (MS doesn't give "sold through" numbers anymore, do they?), so the numbers are a bit tricky to analyze with the holidays (you can have a lot of shipped games for a "flop" and few games sold to consumers).

Just do what I do: unless the company specifically says "sold-through" assume it's shipped.

Do you know if the ROTR over one million stat is on XONE only or does it include the 360? Regardless, I'm glad to see it has hit a milestone

Looking at VGchartz table they already have Gears and Halo over 1 million. Forza 6 at 880k and ROTR at 660k as of December 12. So Forza 6 probably cross the 1 million bar by the end of the year.
Now ROTR being over 1 million already that is not a big flop as much of us where thinking it to be unless they are talking about shipping numbers

Most likely shipped considering MS their history this gen
ROTR was heavily discounted this december.
Halo 5 probably hasnt hit 3 million thats why they lumped everything with the other games as a million seller.
