Exactly, but no one can really deny that Sony won last E3, or Nintedo the year before that. What I'm saying is of course people are going to not be excited about some htings as others, but there are usually pretty clear winners of E3.

Just a question ...

If Sony happens to win this year's E3 as if most people here proclaimed so, are you going to concede to that result despite your initial preliminary outlook ?

I did with last years E3. I have no problems saying when Nintendo has a terrible showing.

The millions of people buying consoles and games don't care about NX and Zelda U, nor do the majority of people watching E3. That's why Nintendo should show off the smaller things in something more Nintendo specific for its limited intended audience. You caught up?

You seem to know everyone and there opinions. I wish I had that power, lol.

Ironic coming from the guy who seems to think XCore gamers care about NX and that N has won e3 all ready and everyone knows it. You seem detached from reality.

1: What makes you think NX can even compete with ps4? NX is not even a threat...

2: Why would NX get third party support? Why would EA and others jump on NX? Nintendo has not had third party support since gamecube.

3: Most core gamers at e3 don't are about nintendo or NX. Nintendo has a niche audience at this point. You have an exaggerated view of nintendo, and thei place in the industry,  their popularity is grossly dwindled for years... A big chunk at e3 would ee more excited for Call of duty then NX announcements (sad but true).

4: Just showing a console doesn't win e3...see E3 2006 from sony.

5: Where is all this hype for NX you said is unprecedented? Outside vgchartz, no one in the mass media or game media is even talking NX like they were even a year before the ps and x1 launched. hype is low and most people don;t even see NX as competition or x1.

6: Zelda is no a big IP..sales wise uncharted sells more as do many games, many bigger games will be at e3.

7: The notion of winning e3 i moronic to begin with, it has little bearing on anything, companies are only speaking to their existing fanbase.

Flagship titles and console reveals are always huge moves. Saying they aren't is the most removed from reality someone could be.

I never said it was not  HUGE move....nice strawman argument and also ignoring all the points I posted...does not mean it wins them e3, especially with nintendo hardware and their place in the market....Make a real argument.

You seem to think Nintendo has big sway with core gamers, who are the ones who are interested in e3..they don't at all.

E3 2006 for Sony was a huge move....they lost e3 big time, see how that works? Catch up. Nintendo has a niche audience in the mrketplace, them revealing a console will have much less effect on e3 then if Sony did...Most people will be watching e3 to see what new game sare coming to ps4 and x1...not nintendo.

You forgot to add the Symphony of The Goddess orchestra, LoZ Skyward Sword *Edit* (sorry, not reveal but in depth look), and the 3rd party games lineup shown at the end. All and all it was a pretty freaking epic E3. Showing a video that is the explanation of the systems capabilities may be an attempt to downplay how great the E3 was, but their 2011 E3 was longer than 5 minutes and 30 seconds long. Lol.

The hype of that LoZ tech demo too. Holy crap.

My "strawman" arguement is the basis for your wall of text.

I'm also not saying that a Nintendo console reveal would be as big as a playstation, but that isn't the case. I'm saying it's bigger than Crash (which it is).

Catch up.

Ugh no it isn't...making a big move doesn't = winning e3 or that it will even be good, we dont even know what NX is, Sorry saying nintendo has already won e3 ia laughably out of touch. Catch up. A few big games at e3 for sony would overshadow NX...most dont care about nintendo or NX.

At this point it remains to be seen as to whether Nintendo can even come close to competing let alone win E3, The Wii U was such a huge disappointment that nothing short of a real revolution in gaming will allow Nintendo to win back fans, I wish them luck and I hope NX is truly something amazing but I aint holding my breath and I would not be surprised to be let down by them again.

Exactly...there is no indication N can even compete, Op is clearly out of touch with intendos place in the gaming marketplace. Lets not forget it's not just wii-u//N64 and gamecube also declined, and wii-u just continued that trend.
