David Tennant, the british actor who played the roles of Kilgrave in Marvel's Jessica Jones, Bart Kroek Jr. in Harry Potter, and the 10th doctor in Doctor Who, is in Avalanche studios Just Cause 3. He is playing the role as the dictator Di Ravello's propaganda Radio Host (and, judging by the content in some of these radio streams broadcasted in the game, he plays the role as himself in the game). He mentions he is a foreigner celebrity visiting Medici as a holiday vacation, when he suddenly got captured and put as the new voice of di Ravello's broadcasting.

I loved those broadcasts, they were hilarious. I had no idea it was David Tennant. To bad there was no way to find and rescue him in the game.
