Marvel for 4 Billion was probably one of the best deals ever made in entertainment. And they got more than just the movies out of it, merchandising must be insane. All that's missing now is Disney buying Lego and Hot Wheels (EDIT: Mattel, Inc.) and they pretty much own everything within toys....

EDIT 2: Could probably throw in Hasbro there, for good measure.

Biggest media conglomerate in the world.

I would be all-in for Hasbro; Transformers, G.I. Joe and M.A.S.K.

Transformers is already a well established franchise in Hollywood, grossing $3,773,861,624 at the box office across 4 films, that is an average of $943,465,406 per film.

Now imagine how much a 'Disney' transformers could make. "From the studio that brought you The Avengers and Star Wars"

The box office is Disneys right now. They own Pixar wich is a money printting company and the 2 bigest franchises in movies rigth now, Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars (wich will also be a Cinematic universe with all the sidestorys theyll release). Not to mention some other "small" franchises like Pirates of the Caribbean and stuf. And there are talks about disney signign a deal for the rights of 007 now that the Sony deal is comming to an end...
