Splatoon, but I haven't played games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4. Still, it's the freshest ( heh) game I've played in years!

Well, you're entitled to your own opinion.  There wasn't a whole lot that interested me this year.  I bought far fewer games than I have in any year since I started making my own money.  A large part of this is because Nintendo seems to be in a holding pattern till NX, but there's nothing on the other systems that entice me either.

I've got to go with Super Mario Maker. Although it loses a little bit of that Mario magic by not having the classic offline single-player, the replay factor is absolutely incredible with all of the maps being made. That being the case, it certainly loses a little respect for allowing bogus levels to get on your expert challenge (i.e. you die instantly because you didn't move, hidden blocks that only the creator knows about, etc.).



Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
