Is it fine to be hateful towards whites?

Yes, because (your own reason), 5 4.76%

No, racism is racism, no excuses. 94 89.52%

Other 6 5.71%

Total:105

Most white people don't care enough to make a foundation out of it. So if the Black people need to be discriminating towards white people (oh that's right no dick jokes) because that way they feel better about themselves Let them be. So as long as white people don't give a damn it's perfectly fine to me.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

You just claimed that a group of people are racist without giving any examples. Who is saying racist things about white people? What was the context of the statement? Were they a leader amongst this group or mearly a memeber?

Racism is a pretty serious claim to throw around without anything to back it up.

Might as well be the boy who cried wolf. There's plenty of examples in everyday life in america of reverse racism and the hypocrypsy surrounding it. You would have to either be blind (intentionally or unintentionally) or not from US to know of it.

Until white people are instutionally oppressed, given less opportunity due to their race, profiled more by police departments, etc etc (pretty much, a reduction in power as a class), then there is no "reverse racism". Prejudice happens, yes. But it's not "reverse racism". Firstly, because racism is racism. To give white people a "special" form of racism called "reverse racism" is just bolstering their already privileged status. If a black person is prejudiced against a Hispanic "oh, he's just racist against Mexicans". If he's prejudiced against Arabs "oh, he's just racist against Arabs". But if he's prejudiced against a white person, it's "reverse racism"? Giving white people their own classification for racism makes it seem like it's "worse" for them, which isn't true.

Secondly, scale. OP mentions if a black person says something about whites, it just gets laughed at. But if a white person says something about blacks, it gets called racist. There is technically a double standard here, but think about historical context here. "But when they say it....." wouldn't be a thing if there wasn't 400 years of history of black people being 3rd class citizens (only recently being considered 2nd class citizens, and finally "equals" in the last few decades). A few black people saying something about white people, and what happens? Nothing. Black people across the country, though, get jobs less if their name is "black", for example, even if the credentials are there. Are these really "reverses" of each other? White people get made fun of, of have disparaging things said about them; black people's livelihoods are lessened by the mere fact that they're black. What's "reverse" about that. The scale of the "racism" isn't equal on both sides.

I know it just sounds like semantics, but it really isn't. Terminology matters, in this instance

the real thing that people should be focusing on is how police are treating all citizens not just blacks

the black community in this context are really just being useful idiots, turning this into a racial issue when its more of an issue of police overstepping their boundaries constantly, but then again they were lead to do so by the media

1. There's no such thing as reverse racism, it's just racism.

2. There is racism against white people in the U.S. But that's not what he's talking about. He's claiming that the BLM community is racist against white people. For that kind of a claim, he's going to need evidence.

As I said, the evidence is in everyday life especially in america. It's like saying someone needs evidence to back up a claim that the sky looks blue.

Whether it's racist or not depends on what you believe racism is. Some people believe you can't be racist to a white person because of white privilege, some people say you can still be racist to whites(known as reverse racism).

I don't want to plunge into that discussion. What I do want to talk about is the discrimination minorities commit against white people

I gave an example in the original post, but allow me to give further details. Allow me to give you a few examples of what I mean by double standards placed by the BLM community-

1) Discrimination

Let us say a white person commits a stupid or violent act(for example, Planned Parenthood shooting). It seems strange that the minorities(especially blacks) in the BLM community are so quick to criticize the white person and blame a majority of the race for it. However, if a black person does something stupid or violent(ferguson riot for example), they will make an excuse blaming "white privilege", say something such as "not all black people are like that", and so on.

2) Police brutality

It's weird how Black people get mad when police overreact when dealing with people, yet get mad as well when they appropriately deal with people. Let me give you two examples:

-We've all seen the black people that might have been hurt from policemen. Sometimes they were arrested for good reasons, sometimes not. The BLM community is quick to blame policemen(especially if they're white) if someone gets hurt(especially blacks). However, they never tell you what the person did, and whether they resisted or not. It's unfortunate that many black people have died from policemen. Though, don't you believe it could have been avoided if they didn't resist?

-My next example is for people such as the Charleston Church Shooter. The BLM community complained how the police didn't do anything towards the Shooter. However, they ignore the reason for the police doing so. You can say it's because of his race(that's slightly the reason). In reality though, the shooter didn't resist. The police officers made him freeze, arrested him, and made sure nothing else happens. That's what the police are supposed to do for everyone(not just blacks). It gets worse when the BLM community wanted the police to kill the shooter. It's nothing but hypocritical desires from the BLM community.

3) Dealing with failures

face it, we all fail in life at one point or another. Though, it's weird how BLM community believes that all their failures are because of white people, white privilege, etc etc. It'd be funny if they knew that(on average) Asians make more than white people in America. Though, I suppose they'll choose to ignore it. While white people can lose chances due to their race, the BLM community doesn't care. The argument will only work with them for some magical reason.

To give you more proof, here is the average salary for asians/whites/latinos/african americans:

Perhaps if the BLM community looked at the current generation of african americans, they'll realize why they are in their current position. They'll realize why even the good, professional african americans do worse than Asians/Whites. They are overshadowed by the wanna-be gangsters that the current generation of African Americans sadly want to be.

1. Nope, just racism. Racism has a definition.

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/racism

2. You don't seem to understand what an example is. When I ask for example I mean a specific example of someone in the BLM movement being racist towards white people. Beyond that, the actions of an individual do not determine the values of any group that individual may belong to.

3. The "example" you gave in the OP is not a 1:1 scenario. When white people say something racist about minorities, do other white people call them out on it 100% of the time? Hint: nope.

4. Oh...you don't mean the Black Lives Matter movement...you mean black people.

Does the U.S. have a race problem? Of course it does. Does it go both ways? Of course it does. Does that validate the claims made in the OP? Not at all.

Yeah? It's really easy to provide evidence that the sky looks blue. Care to share evidence that the BLM  movement is racist?

How do you think words come into being? Do they just magically appear? People make them up and over time other people accepts it as a "word".

It's very difficult to take a group of people seriiously about racism when they are hypocrites about it. It tells me that they don't actually care about being rid of racism but about getting special treatment in general. I've been burnt out of any sympathy on race issues for a very long time.

Don't give me that "priveleged" line of bullshit. It's a detracts from what actually matters. If someone wants a better quality of life, go to school and start a decent career, trade or open up a business. Do well for your self and your kids will benefit from it. It has nothing to do with race but with common sense.

People of all races have been racist to another race at some point so keeping a tally serves no purpose. Racism in all of it's forms is bad and the only way to be rid of it is if people move past the drama and just let it go. Stop caring about race at all. Seeing each person as a person. Skin color should only serve as a way to identify a person versus that being their identity completely.

Watch some vids on the riots and protests or any events where they've been at. You'll hear plenty of racial slurs being directed at white people in general. That at least proves that at least some are racists. Surely, It doesn't prove that the BLM movement as a whole is racist but there's some within it that are. When a movement that's against racism has plenty of it's members being openly racist, it defeats the whole point of it and decredits anything they've said or done.

Here's a little quote from Al Sharpton, the face of that movement and somehow always stroking the flames in general. He's openly supported by the black community and he's openly racist.

White folks was [sic] in caves while we was building empires…. We taught philosophy and astrology and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it.”

So cops targeting and killing blacks and people saying they should be accountable is a hate group to the people here. Ok. Nice to know why Donald is going to be president.
