I'm really exited for DX 12 and Nv Pascal, I am just thrilled for all the features they're bringing to PC gaming.

Of course I'm excited for DX12! I already have Windows 10 (and love it!) and it will improve the games that use it! It only helps, so there's no reason for me to not be excited.

Friendly advice from me, don't go 4k yet. It's not worth it since the hardware still isn't there. SLI is always a suboptimal choice and current highend single GPUs are not up to the task to deliver proper 60fps@4k without having to make concessions. What makes it worse is that not even the current transfer technologies aren't even there yet. DP and HDMI only go so far.

If you're still on 1080p then go 1440p next and in 2-3 years switch to 4k when there's actually the hardware to support it.

Wow I am amazed you said something like that since it is going upset some non technical people, but you are dead right, 4k gaming is arround the corner but we haven't turned that corner yet.

Now to add insult to injury we should mention that 8k will be released in 2016.
