Welp, the game is amazing, simple as that. If there ever was a game I believed deserved every bit of recognition and praise that it has and may receive in the future, it's this one.
I'm now filled with determination.

Never say never dude, I never expected something to trump Paper Mario as my favorite game and then this game comes out of nowhere and destroys my life in the best way possible.

Hype is a double edged sword. If the community builds up a persons expectation that Undertale is the greatest thing ever, then that person may be disappointed if it turns out to not be true.
Just thought I;d drop this here, was a good watch on understanding UT from a game design pov and the game in general.

Grad it if it's ever on sale on steam. It's a unique and memorable game. Now, is it the best game ever? I really don't think so (not at all), but I certainly liked it more than almost every big budget AAA game that I played this year, and it has probably the best atmosphere of any game I played this year.
