I'll buy it. Looks fun and simple. Xenoblade CX looks overwhelming. I'm buying a digital copy at that! 

I might try the steam free version if it fixes most of the performance issues. The hack and slash mixed with fps seems interesting, but the actual game seems poorly executed

I decided to buy this instead of Xenoblade, but it'll be shipped together with Trails of Cold Steel, so I'll have to wait a while more to play it.

Not for $60 and not when I have so much Xenoblade to get through.

I have already posted here on VG Chartz that I found Devils Third to be rather fun. Its just a mindless B movie/Expendables experience, and behind the unpolished graphics and framerate there is a nice mix of melee and FPS that's quite well handled. The whole thing is just bonkers, Devils Third will excite, frustrate and even amuse throughout your playthrough. The online is really quite good, with the only downside here in Europe being lack of players due to lack of sales, but when you can get a full lobby its great fun. If you can get it cheap like I did, I can recommend. Its a good game to just blast through after a frustrating day at work, being a one man killing machine that would put John Rambo to shame :)

Agree! Some of the low scores are a bit harsh, I would give it 6/10. I also take into consideration that its a low budget game with a troubled development history, and despite its many faults im glad I tried it out.
