Why are people angry that one game COUD come to other systems? Doesn't the PS4 have enough exclusives already?

Damn... that Pen guy is a lil bit extreme isnt it ? I mean children in Africa could have eaten that PS4 :P.

Anyways, i think they need to make the whole things more transparency like how they do it in PGW 2015. Most people don't even know "Bound" is a game developed by Sony or there are actually quite a whole lot of exclusives for the PSVR but most people think of it as just port ( myself included ).

Some games are being developed for the PS4. But there's no deal ("moneyhat") with Sony, so these publishers can do late ports if they so desire, nothing stopping them. Good guy Sony making sure other people occasionally have something to play.
