Long story short: I like it.

Damn! That's a blast from the past! Nice to see you around.

OT: I like the design but overall it's not that different from Windows 7. There's some neat window snapping tricks though.

very enjoyable. I love the design and usability of it, as it allows for more customization(compared to windows 7/8).

It feels like the improvement of Windows 7 that Microsoft failed to do with Windows 8. I stuck with Windows 7 the whole time, giving up on Windows 8 after two weeks of using.

Some of the UI is nice but it's not really all my cup of tea, I have tried it before and can say I;m not really all that fond of the changes and I dislike the stance on how they are locking updates to the OS and locking the other two from getting anything from MS, almost like they want them and those userbases to be destroyed entirely. The "free" update would also claim my 7 key which I intend to keep and of course I plan on upgrading my rig which will include a new CPU and most likely a new mobo, the OS attaches itself to the mobo so I've no chance of upgrading how I want without MS telling me how to do it and honestly I find that a huge step backward. I'll just stick with 7 and watch Steam OS in the distance along with Vulkan.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

In what way?

The start Menu has gotten better. Cortona/search bar makes it very easy for me to search anything at once. Also, I love how you can arrange the tiles the way you want.

Also, tablet/desktop mode is a great thing for a OS. I don't use tablet mode currently(due to me using a PC), though I did use it when I had a windows tablet.

It feels like a Windows 8 that has the feeling of Windows 7. The start menu may be the reason why.

I just upgraded and it's been a hassle so far. I just had both my browsers--Chrome and Opera--freeze up at the same time. What the hell. It reverts things to the way Microsoft wants them set rather than allowing the way I had things set in W7. The tile thing is so ugly with some icons and why do some of them refuse to change color? I hate wrestling with a UI when I already had it set the way that was quick and intuitive for me.

Here's how to change color:

Start Menu -> Settings -> Personalization -> Colors -> Pick the color you want.

Also, I don't like how some of the things look as well.

To add on as well, what are the specs for the device you're using? It may be the reason why Windows10 is a hassle

I've had absolutely zero issues since upgrading, my laptop is a lot quieter and everything seems to be running much faster. Best Windows since XP.

From my own experience so far: I really like it. But it works way better when doing a clean install, I've had problems with it everytime I tried to just upgrade.
