Dont mind my opinion bro, im just agreeing with the OP when he says that Xbox 360 2007 Line-Up was in fact better than this years Xbox line-up, which makes the "The Best Lineup in Xbox history" PR a blatant lie.

Obviously based on their respective Metascore.

No, but you made a post based on metacritic. And since metacritic don't matter unless it benefits =/ and you're being negative about Xbox in this particular instance (not even saying it's the worst line up, or a bad line up; just pointing out that it pales compared to 2007), then they're just gonna come and be argumentative on the statement since the basis, Metacritic, is "just some people's opinions". "Don't judge based on metacritic". "It's just PR". Ok, and? "The Order is one of the biggest exclusives of the year" is "just PR", but it was A. clearly wrong, regardless of scores, when we knew a games like Halo, CoD, and Batman were coming out in 2015 and B.  the same people saying "Don't just judge by metacritic" will use metacritic to make arguments like "quality vs quantity" and say a game isn't "big" if it didn't score well. 

So MS blatantly lied "becuz metascores bro", but someone saying Devil's Third is GOTY, a game at 44% on Metacritic, is fine.

In my opinion those games are better too and they'll be remembered by gamers far more fondly too.  Do you disagree?

Metascore is accurate. Since it''s not just about one publisher reviewed like IGN or GameSpot, but a combination of multiple sources + the users score. This make it highly creditable, since it's not just ONE reviewer nor ONE user rating but LOT of them combined so no biased there.
Another factor is dat even if the critics love it like Masterchiefcollection, but the launch turn out to be a disaster, or it's just broken then we can still look at the userscore to know why.
Or Fallout 4, the game have great reviews on critics but the Users downgraded for whatever reasons ( i guess they're just upsetting and overreacted, or just trolls. ) We can still look at the Critics for some better perspective.
Or the Order 1886, if the game just plain suck, then both the critics & users will disliked.

As I keep saying 2nd and 3rd year 360 and Wii Trumped everything that Xbox One and Wii U did, and it was a major reason for their success. 2nd year PS4 is not too bad compared to 2nd year PS3.

Well it had Lost Odyssey so it probably was.
