As others have stated, it is purely subjective. For me though, 2004 was the greatest year in Xbox history because of Halo 2, Fable, Kotor II, Espn NFL 2k5, Star Wars: Battlefront etc.

Fable never launched, halo 5 is a lot worse than halo 3 and PGR was the forza of that year. Gears is a 360 game re released.
Add to that the game of the year 2007 Bioshock and mass effect and you've an infinitely better year. No re releases in 2007 either.

Fable isn't releasing and the others you named are old games being re released.
2007 had 4 excellent AAA exclusives. Bioshock was GOTY 2007 and mass effect not far off it. Halo 3 much better than halo 5 and it had PGR too.

I totally agree with you, Xbox is really doing theirself a disservice by calling this the "best line up in Xbox history" kinda makes them look like they have not done much ever if that is the best they can do.
Bioshock > Best Line up in Xbox history lol

Bioshock 1 is one of the best shooter / adventure games ever made. the atmosphere in that game is like nothing else
Even if it isn't the best. What is the problem?
Honestly 2016 just seems way better
