If true, i agree with IGN game scoop that it's too early and more indicating that a summer release is more likely.

The specs are most likely locked. It was already reported that dev kits were sent to devs already. This thing is coming dude.

Considering what patents and rumors talks about the NX, is not insane 20m devices for a complete year. But for a year.

If its a console, its pretty insane. If its a handheld...we will see. One would think Nintendo would market the product and test the market before making moves like this. Lets hope their development keeps up.

NX points to be both. 3DS and Wii U first year is 18-19M

So, 20M is nothing crazy.

This  is the same way the PS4 and Xbox One reporting happened before they launched. We followed the dev kits and it seems two months ago Nintendo had already sent out dev kits. They are planning on surprising us to no avail. Be ready for E3.

Most likely a Holiday season release. Yes...they are going to try and surprise us at E3. No doubt, they are going to try and start a hype train. I hope the NX is Wii U compatible. I have a lot of crap to download. LOL three years of Nintendo console games that i've missed out on.

Yep. They are betting pretty high on this console with so many in manufacturing.

Announcement with brief details will happen at a ND, likely somewhere around March.
- Name and console(s)
- Tech demo game(s) - Zelda
- hide controller unless its very similar to current
- no specific game announcements beyond tech demos
- no power specs
Full blow-out of all info will happen at E32016 including games, price and launch date.
Pre-Orders start in Q3 with launch in Q4 2016.
