The people of Hyrule speak in grunts, cheers, yelps, determined shouts, and cries for help.

I absolutely hate it when games do that. The only time it's acceptable is when the player character is in a situation where they also cannot understand the language being spoken.

Then you should only really include Panzer Dragoon Zwei. Saga only uses the language created for the second game in the intro sequence, for the rest of the game they use Japanese. I believe the first game actually didn't contain a made up language, just some jibberish, but I could be wrong.

Zelda does this a lot so they don't have to get voice actors when localizing :p
