I believe that as long as there are multiple gaming markets in America, there will always be a "cool" crowd who will stop at nothing, bashing the company until they are back to making playing cards. However, the important thing to note here is that Nintendo has persistence, caring little or none about the rest of the gaming world.

They live in their own bubble where their strategies work. That is why they are still here, because of people who don't care about what others think. If you are a 22 year old male, and you own and actively play Nintendo games, so what? If you're having fun, does anything else matter?

The cause is "fitting in"/image. It's like everything else in this world. There is a "norm". Even when Pokemon sells 15 million copies. You really have to put blame on Nintendo. After all. People wouldn't have issues with it. If it did the right things. It hasn't over and over again. You will get a lot of hate. Some people blaber out some BS. But you gotta remember. Nintendo gave us the reasons to complain & hate. You can't just convince millions of people to stop buying a Wii U. With thead posts and comments. The company is at fault for that.

how are they not letting them exist? Outside of the forums no one is saying Ninty needs to stop, and even then thats still a small minority. People just arent buying the consoles, what you want them to do buy a 300 plus system they have no interest in so they dont feel bad.

I feel sorry for Nintendo fans. At my core I am a Nintendo fan, but I do not agree with their politics or unwillingness to work with others. It gives them less opportunities. Their ignorance should not be applauded but their devotion to quality should not go unnoticed. The Wii U severely tarnished the Nintendo image worse than the Gamecube.

see this is how its done. This guy is a fan who is not overlooking there flaws and acknowledging there strenghts. ANd it didnt take 8 paragraphs of fluff for him to do it.

Well obviously if someone doesn't like a product why would you spend all day on a forum ridiculing the company that makes it. Why attack people who do actually support and play Nintendo games? This is what I'm talking about with coexisting. Guess what if I don't like country music I just don't buy it or listen to it!

But gamers who don't like Nintendo wish to ruin people's experience that do like the company and they make it their job every day to do so. You may try and paint this as some small minority who do this, but just look no further than sites like this, N4G, NeoGaf or on YouTube. You can't enjoy anything without someone coming to completely derail any positive discussions that people maybe trying to have about something they do enjoy.  It's just very high school and childish really nothing mature about that...
