They said individual purchase, not individual bundle or sku or anything like that. Purchase.

Because they were saying overall.  It beat all other games, and all other bundles.

So X1 won BF by a huge gap. Gotcha.

Not sure what makes you think what type of phone a person owns determines what console they most likely own.

Infoscout uses certain apps which aren't provided on all phone platforms

If this data is correct, it's actually quite impressive for the Wii U. Last year, InfoScout said that the Wii U had only a 7% marketshare among gen 8 home consoles. If it's really 17% this year, that's a big improvement.

Indeed, thats becuz this year they have much better bundle, like $249 with 2 NEW GAMEs while PlayStation 4/Xbox One not only lil bit more expensive, it's also bundle with 1 remastered game.

The PS4 did pretty good at BF for this year tbh, congrat Sony!

Wasn't the WiiU top selling sku at Target? So how does Infoscout support your prediction?

Wii U was topping selling Sku ONLINE for target. They never stated what console sold best with stores included. Which it seem infoscout claims XBone did.

What that makes no sense so Target online isn't part of Target?

Last year on an 8th gen only showdown Wii U got 7% of the market share, according to Infoscout. This year it's 17%. Thats a 250% market share increase, which is massive. Considering we are looking at hardware being up over all YoY, that makes the Wii U increase even bigger. Wii U could get 250-350K BF week for USA alone. If that's the case then this will be the first week in well over a year that Wii U achieved over 200K in the USA.

Also Infoscout seems to have clarified that their Gears bundle information was for Walmart and Target only, and even then they said Gears only just beat NDC. So that gift card helped, but it did't give the Gears bundle much of a lead.

It's part, but online sales for the big retail chains are still tiny compared to in-store sales, so if the X1 sold better in-stores it would lap Wii U by quite a bit. Amazon is really the behemoth when it comes to online sales.
