TBH i can see zelda u doing 4m but not even close to 7m unless its on NX
If it releases simultaneously for NX and Wii U I can see it happening. Twilight Princess was the big launch title for Wii, and Zelda U could be for NX.

Maybe. It has to come on both Wii U and NX at the same time, get lots of media, hype and great trailers as well. Then it can happen...

Not sure about best selling, but I am getting a gut feeling it will be considered the best Zelda game of all time.

The answer is simple. If it is released for the NX too then yes. But Wii U only? no.
If it's not cross gen, I don't see it happening..
But even if it is, I don't think you add up the sales for 2 different platforms :/
