You do realize that Sony 1st Party sell more than MS 1st Party, right?

GT sells more than HALO, Uncharted sells more than Gears and God of War sells more than anything else on MS 1st Party, and of course if we're talking about 2-4M sellers, Sony has a lot more than MS.

Nintendo has super smash bros, Xbox has halo. But that's it. Aside from maybe killer instinct, those two games are all the competition has.

Remind me which console gets street fighter V? That's just as big as smash bros, and quite frankly, it's all the ps4 needs. They are already prefered for COD. The rest of the esports scene happens on PC.

As for youtubers, who cares about dedicated youtubers? Every other youtuber will prefer the ps4 version of titles since they are slightly better than Xbox one versions (and actually exist unlike wii u versions)

I don't watch any youtubers about video games and I don't pay any attention to e-sports. I'm sure they are popular in certain circles but this kind of stuff is not that important to keeping it's fanbase happy.

My second post is especially "rude" because they guy replying to me, kurasakiichimaru, completely threw my point away, created another one and got defensive and angry.

Also, the "eject, eject!" wasn't silly enough for you? I wasn't really all that serious. Being a fanboy does not make you a terrible person. This site has thousands of fanboys defending their cause, me included. They do get slightly irrational at times, and thats a bit sad. That is what leads to comments like the first one, in the entire thread, by UltimateGamer1982.

The OP starts with "PS4 is dominating the console market". Guys, you won already. o.o The OP is NOT attacking the playstation or the playstation brand! No need to defend it!

He then continues by saying, the competition is big in these 2 specific areas. Why isn't Sony big in those areas?

I did not mean everyone is a defensive angry kid. I might've even acted like one myself. I still think too many fanboys disregard discussions and conversations because hashtag (insert brand here) master race. That's sad.

The things the OP mention are not even things therefore shouldnt be topic for discussion, he mustve known hed start a flamewar when he created this pointless thread.

Basically nobody cares about esports when there's real sports like Soccer or Hockey, that's really niche.

And when it comes to youtubers, they can use whatever platform they want, nobody is forcing them to play only on Wii U/Xbone, perhaps you purposefully just watch youtubers that prefer Wii U & Xbone.

Have you seen the numbers on the world tournaments for Leage of Legends and Dota 2? The star leagues, in starcraft 1? The GSL for Starcraft 2, and everything blizzard (Hearthstone on Twitch?!) World Cyber Games? Numbers on Counter strike?

Its fine if you don't get it, but its a real thing, that hundreds of thousands of people love :o
