Kirby's game was a pleasant surprise and great use of the gamepad. I'm not knocking Wooly World but for me personally it was a bit of a let down.

Yoshi was a far better game.

Deeper mechanically and with more interesting level design. Also more challenging and felt more motivated to collect things and find secrets. Kirby was good but Yoshis woolly world was exceptional. I also rate it better than yoshis island.

I mean one of these games is good at the very least. The other is often considered mediocre at best. So there's no real competition here.

Plus, Yoshi has soul similar to previous games in the Yoshi series. Epic Yarn always felt nothing like a Kirby game, it was clearly just a game that they threw Kirby into because why not.

They're both excellent games. Epic Yarn is more of a departure from classic Kirby gameplay than Yoshi is, as Yoshi obviously more or less plays like Yoshi's Island. But they're both excellent for their own reasons. They both have an excellent sense of style. I will say that Kirby is more of a great game to just relax to while playing, and it has a fantastic soundtrack.

You really need to correct that huge mistake. :)

Both games are very good games, but I'll give little advantage to Yoshi Wolly World because it's looking better.

I haven't played Yoshi yet, but Kirby's Epic Yarn is a pretty fun and unique game! One thing I love about it is the art-style, simply wonderful.

For some reason I greatly preferred Epic Yarn. I just couldn't really get into Woolly World.

I've played Yoshi a bit at a shop and it seemed to be better than Kirby.

In Kirby's Epic Yarn running activates by double tapping left or right on the D-pad, which I don't like in a 2D platformer because sometimes it triggers accidentally when I'm making corrections if I'm not careful.
