MGS5 Phantom Pain and Fallout 4

What can I say, wish my year was that great. Beyond delays of games I really wanted, there were a couple games that really disappointed me when I thought I would absolutely love them.

It's between Splatoon and MGSV for me.

EDIT: Wait no, the Zelda delay obviously.

I checked again and remembered that I also played a bit of FF Type 0 this year which wasn't particularly great. But it's FF so it's automatically great. I also played Thomas Was Alone and Undertale which both performed well under the high expectations other people gave me.

I'd still consider XCX my biggest disappointment since it dropped from "definitely day one" to "I hope the Wii U emulator gets good soon".

Well i only bought 2 games which released this year: Splatoon blew my mind! MP10 was what i expected (a fun game when playing with friends).

Besides software, it would be the dissapointing E3 from Nintendo! I was just like, release the NX already so people can stop hating on the Wii U and these NX threads and the weird (yes I'll use that word) mini softwares from Nintendo.

Hmm...I can't think of any that really bummed me out, but a disappointment might be Pokemon Super mystery dungeon.

I've heard nothing about it, and i'm not even sure if it's released.

The last 3DS Mystery Dungeon was a flat-out embarrassment to the series, so I'm not sure what to expect of this game.

Arkahm Knight for me. I was certain it would be a good shot to trade blows with Fallout 4 for game of the year. However, after that disastrous launch on PC and other issues, RockSteady really let many down, myself included.
