I'm sorry but I honestly burst out laughing reading this.  Of course it's not twice as good. Does anyone think the ps2 was 7 times as good as the gamecube or xbox original?  

 

I will say that Microsoft deserved the bad sales for what they tried to originally pull off.  just like Sony deserved a big loss in marketshare with the ps3.

Really ? I tho the PS2 was the strongest and fastest. Anyways, im pretty sure the PS4 will be the least in the family, i expect it won't ever reach beyond the 86M milestone. Mainly becuz console gaming aint as relevant as back in early 2000s. Beside, even Sony want to kill the console brand and move on to the whole cloud gaming like Microsoft :P.

They still havent released shit for the damn system, wonder if games like Uncharted and Gran Turismo can still majorly boost sales or if all of the fans are just jumping on board early. I can understand why they would wait last gen 

but this gen is a different story

Console gaming is not relevent based on what exactly ? since  Both ms and Sony are selling their consoles at the faster rate ever for each brand.  The last thing Sony a hardware company wants to do is kill the only hardware they have thats selling great and is unquestionable the market leader.  

PS4 will be near if not surpass your 86 million in late 2017/early 2018

Congrats! Hopefully this means Sony will feel more comfortable to experiment and invest on different kinds of games like Teawaray and Until Dawn!

Congrats2u PS4. Still blown away by the success this console has seen.

Sad to me that much of the profit from it seems to be re-invested in things I'm not interested in, but I'm still pleased to see Sony achieving success.
