This is world war 3, they're just calling it war on terror.

You do a disservice to the scale of the first two by mentioning this current ISIS conflict in the same breath heh, ISIS is absolutely horrible but this is currently little different in size or nature than, say, the multinational effort to liberate Kuwait. The enemy is far more terrible but the numbers and sides are rather similar.

At the end of the day it's obvious that Putin wants to flex Russia's muscles and power and yet Russia's economy is in shambles and their tech still behind the curve with China more or less in the same position. At the end of the day no side would ever want an all out world war because they should know and probably do that a full scale world war would spell the end of mankind with the amount of nuclear weaponry that is still kept by each faction and country, if someone so much as launches one nuke then their allies will and the allies of those enemies and so on, it would be exactly like Judgement day and no one would win, having a full scale world war would solve absolutely nothing and further send participating countries into further chaos and destabilization.

I do think that Russia should knock off their shit though but both sides need to stop funding rebels and the govs and let themselves sort each other out until the dust settles, by supporting one side and the other means the hands of the participants all the more dirty and leads us to even greater conflicts that cannot be solved with diplomatic meetings.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

To address what you're trying to talk about, I need to bring in the bigger picture. The wealthy are constantly trying to retain their position in society. This is done through the manipulation of markets and governments. The basis for how these markets flourish is based on infinite growth and humanity on Earth is discovering limits. This leaves these parasitic wealthy to find alternate ways to exploit the masses for wealth or power. Currently, the United State's military industrial complex is the latest, most opportune fascist imperial arena to profit from.

USA is in decline for quite some time already, as opposed to Russia and, of course, China. Nothing strange is happening, just a natural tension before possible power shifts.

Might want to elaborate a little, actually... A Cold War between who?

Seems like a fairly active war against ISIS for the most part, with a smattering of proxy wars across the globe.

But isn't that exactly how the Cold War works proxy wars across the world. This time Russia has a strong China on its side vs a weak US and its so-called allies.

Weak? There isn't a country on this planet that could beat the US military haha.

Technically true, action not so much. Hence I called the US weak.

Russia and China looks to be the ones in form and are the ones flexing military muscle.

Todays economy is so global that everyone would lose in a war, whether it be a cold one or hot one. This is merely some international and geopolitical tension. The conflict in Syria is split in two. Rebels vs Assad, and ISIS vs everyone (and of course the line between rebels and ISIS troops isn't clear cut), but I view that in a different light from the overall poltical tension, though it certainly doesn't help.

Tl;dr nope

We're basically on the cusp of Cold War 2.0, with all the conflicts and turmoil in the Middle East potentially leading to a true World War III in the next 5-10 years.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

By defintion we are at the start of the WW3.
''Silent before the storm''

I am actually begging that US government and that the US traitor Obama doesn't pull any more strings..
Do you really believe Turkey would shoot down a Russian airplane without insurance that they would be protected afterwards?
Obama want Russia out of Syria, giving Nato a reason to go against Russia would be the ideal plan.

ISIS is funded by the Obama office, to create a proxy-war towards Assad, just so that US can swoop in at the end and get rid of both parties and take the oil.

War is about money and a WW3 would be highly profitable for the right kind of rich people who can afford a president.

If you made 40.000$ a year to serve the people, but had the chance to earn 1bill$ a year by working for someone else, tell me? What would you chose?
also Obama is a Muslim, works with Saudia arabia, the same people Bush worked with? Do the math.

Russia and putin is quite scary as well, but for the last 30 years.. USA have been the aggressors towards Russia. There is no doubt about it.

You couldn't even stay neutral between USA and Russia without USA Media calling you a traitor and a communist..

ISIS needs to be wiped out within the next year or else all this will esculate into a massive battleground on all sides.

Enough people have died for politics and religion...

Omg '' No army in the world can defeat the US army'' whoever said that, shit the fuck up.. ''I am bragging about war''

World war 3 will be the end of the modern society if it doesn't primaturely ends

Syria is not the only problem. There are still tensions in Ukraine and China stealing territorial waters in the South China Sea and the United Nations can't even do anything about it.
