God of Sex IV plssssssss!

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

In terms of games, I'm expecting SCE Santa Monica to show a new God of War that was confirmed to exist last year and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see SCE Bend's new project be unveiled. A reveal of Level-5's long rumoured PlayStation 4 title would be nice as well, but I'm not expecting it. Other than that, I'd like to see some more localisations organised by Sony's Third-Party Production team (hopefully with both physical and downloadable releases this time).

As for features, I'd like to see disc-based and region-free emulation for both PS1 and PS2 titles, but I fully expect it'll just be a PS2 Classsics-like system (likely with cross-buy).

Mainly looking forward to a potential PS2 disc based emulation announcement. Anything else is icing on the cake.

They are adding trophy support. It's simply not possible to have added trophies to every game ever released in every region. They may add disc based BC, but it will be a limited list. Possibly xb1 style.

?? That's easily possible. Ps2 classics have added trophies for years now, implying this has been something in the works for like 5+ years. And how do you think the BC will be limited? That also doesn't make sense considering PCs have a full fledged x86 emulator for PS2, with x86 being the same exact architecture on the PS4.

The PS4 is quite easily capable of using brute force to emulate PS2 titles from a DVD. There is far more evidence implying that, then there is implying otherwise.

I know. It's more of a pipe dream on my part. I do like the idea of adding trophy support to older titles, but overall I'd rather have an emulator like ePSXe or PCSX2 that's capable of playing most titles. A slow rollout of trophy support, sort of like how some pre-2009 PS3 titles received trophy patches, could be a decent middle ground, but I doubt that's what Sony is going to do.
