This may mean that the NX is closer to realease than we thought. I'm convinced it will support the Wii U Gamepad and Off Tv play compatibility. Making the Gamepad available for purchase will allow people who don't have a Wii U but want to buy NX to enjoy some neat features.

If I can get BC on the NX by getting one of this gamepads, that would be fine by me. I'm sure they are selling this with the NX in mind, does any WiiU game have special functions with more than one gamepad?

Hmm, my first thought was: 'Why now?'
Nx compatibility make sense I guess, but I honestly thought the NX, while compatible with the WiiU gamepad and the portable Nx component would maybe have it's own new and improved gamepad.
So I'm not sure about the timing of this.

It's cool they're finally available though.

If they sell this in the US, they should price at $99.99 instead of $104.45. Even the its only several dollars apart, people would be much more willing to buy something if it's under $100.

The gamepad is expensive anyway, just shows the price burden it's been for the WiiU. I hope Nintendo at least improves the battery life of the batteries, producing better ones has to be easier now.
