I've always felt that David Cage's games were pretentious. They are ''style over substance''. The idea behind the games and the presentation are pretty good, but the story and writing itself are average.
The story of robots AI gaining consciousness is not that original either (I Robot, Ex Machina, Blade Runner)... I predict the moral of the story will most likely be: ''humans are monsters''. Also, Kara will fall in love with one human, and in the end all the robots will create their own society.
Also, if we created robots to be used as slaves, why would we give them human appearance that are 99% indistinguisable from normal humans? Oh right, to make us feel bad, cuz of teh emotionz! To me, SOMA looks more interesting
