Well, it was ONE guy who did that and he was banned for that, you make it sound like that more people come here just to do that.

Fine, one guy.
Its the first and last xbox that I have ever owned so far. It also the first that got me into achievements which I later change it for trophies. Good console overall.
Congrats to the 360, though i never owned one myself. All of the RROD problems kept me away.

I actually think the Wii was the first time since the NES and Gameboy that Nintendo made the correct assessement of the market, but then came the WiiU. We have similar stories with Sega and their complete collapse, Atari and the market crash and so on.

Well the first time paying for online play was a viable service was OG Xbox probably thanks to Halo 2. It was just so successful on 360 so Sony followed suit.
Anyhow, all the "free" games and discounts are worth the cost to avid gamers.

No, Sony could have put a cutting edge GPU in PS4 and sold it at a huge loss. PS3 was sold at a massive loss.
The problem with PS3 is the console was really expensive but the games looked about the same as 360 games. It had Bluray and a mega powerful CPU... yet the same graphics as 360. They should have invested more in GPU and less in CPU.

The Turok reboot was the first game I got when I first got a 360, it really is one of the best consoles of all time :)

I am late but CONGRATS to the 360! The first console I owned last gen and had some awesome memories with! Especially when Gears 1 dropped! Took up a good amount on my online gaming life back then lol.
