I don'tcare about MetaCritics, but I think UC4 have a pretty good chance of hitting 86+

Hmm, sitting at 86, I feel certain UC4 is going to beat TR on metacritic scores.

Both games overall as complete packages? Well, can't really argue on something subjective. Both are/will be enjoyable I figure x )
