Here's a list of PS4 titles in 2016 in Japan. Notice the vast majority are guaranteed to sell over 100,000 copies, with a couple surpassing the million and some hovering the 500,000 mark. I think this might be the best year for a PlayStation home console since PS2.

What bugs me is that most of those games are PS4 only yet some people insist on calling it and that other console "twins".

Another game that will sell a lot in 2016 is minecraft. It's getting a retail release in December so you'd imagine it will sell over 200k easily.

2016 and 2017 will be huge years for ps4 in Japan. Between them it will likely sell around 3.5m if not 4m!

Western games have also been pretty popular on the PS4 so big games like Uncharted 4 are going to have a good impact.
