So how is this going to work?

Clearly not all of the advertised 150 games are on sale right now (about 100 with 360 games), so is there a new chunk of games coming tomorrow?
Or do we have to wait until the 25th since the 24th is the official starting point as the current sale is only for Gold members?
If so, do the old deals vanish after a day or are just more being added until the sale is over?

EDIT: I read the article over on Major Nelson's blog. It pretty much answers all of my questions.

The early access sale starts today (For Gold users) and on the 24th becomes available to silver members without the gold discounts. The real black friday sale starts on the actual black friday.

Bought Bridge Constructor (always a fan of these kind of physic based games), Beatbuddy and Guns, Gore & Cannoli.
Might also get the Shadow of Mordor Season Pass. Other than that the sale is good but not amazing thus far.

Definitely hoping for Ori and Shovel Knight to appear in a week.
