You got your X1 connected to the net? might need a patch for KI if you recently updated the Dashboard with the new BC patch. Just a thought.

Reset the game and make sure you're logged in to your profile. It's happened to me a few times before.
Never had that happen to me...even with the beta dashboard.
Make it So.
Happened to me once, called support and had me do a reset of the console, it fixed the issue for me
