Sadly this was there own doing. This exclusivity for such a mainstream franchise was always going to hurt the franchise. Will hold back final judgement until hard numbers go in.

I still think Rise will sell really well on the long run.Sure, the debut wasnt something special, but it think it will do decently on US.(Expecting somewhere around 300k to 400k to both versions combined)By the time the PS4 version releases, Rise on XOne will probably have sold 1.5 , 2 Millions.And it will get probably most sales in PS4.

It took five platforms for the Tomb Raider Reboot to break even. It shouldve been obvious that making it exclusive to two platforms would hurt it let alone the fact that it launched so close to Fallout and the other major titles.
