Why? Why wouldn't Fallout, COD, and Battlefront continue to sell well? I think this game was just released at a very stupid time. It's probably why Sony delayed Uncharted they saw the schedule and decided to wait. Which is what SE should have done.

Because the millions that bought those games will look for something else.

Personally, I think spending $60 on a single player game is a complete waste of money. Even for Fallout.

Yes because I am the type that would google where how to get the best guns and armor, and run through the main story fairly quick.  

Then be done with the game forever until there are mods I like.  When it has amazing mod support on PC and is cheaper that is when I usually pick up a Fallout game. 

Soooo will there be a Tomb Raider 3 after this? Considering the Square Enix were disappointed with the original's 5 million units sold, the X1 version of Rise of the Tomb Raider seemingly tanking big time and it being a year old port by the time it hits PS4....

Isn't this game just a timed exclusive? If it is, it will come to PC, the first one arrived.

It's been anounced for PC and PS4 some time ago. as said before.

Tomb Raider 3 might depend on total sales for all systems though, not only Xbox One sales. If there's anything about it right now then it's future deals for MS getting way more difficult and expensive.

Release date was outright dumb though. At the same day as Fallout 4, one week after CoD, two weeks after Halo 5 and very short before Battlefront.
Three definitely bigger ip's and one with all the movie hype.
