Hey! 58fps when vader force choked a group of guys towards the end... but still when they were around the foot of the sandcrawler and shit was blowing up all over the place was sure that was going to fall from 60 but nope, that's fairly damn nice optimization... that said the pop in during the speeder portion was fairly noticeable and distracting so it's clearly come at some cost.

Not always. It's clearly related to what other graphical effects you want to use.

900p/60FPS is a good option! Other developer should do this too.
